Credit Card Payments
Accord Management and Pacific Western Bank have joined together to bring you the convenience of making your assessment payments online using a debit card, most major credit cards, except American Express, and eChecks.
Unfortunately, Accord Management can no longer afford to absorb the cost of
the credit card and eCheck program. We want our homeowners to continue to have
these options available; therefore, a $9.95 convenience fee will be added to
your credit card or posted to your bank
account for each payment. You may set
up eChecks to be written automatically each month and
a $1.00 fee will be posted to your bank account for each monthly
eCheck.
You have the option of making the payment each month or you may set the account up to automatically charge your credit card on a specific date each month. The processing time for all debit or credit card payments to be posted to your account is 2-4 business days so please plan ahead to avoid late charges and/or interest. Payments made by eCheck will take an additional few days depending upon the service provided by your bank.
If you are currently using the automatic payment plan (ACH) through Accord Management and you want to switch to the credit card payment plan, you must send written notification to cancel the ACH service to avoid making a double payment. Written notification may be faxed to 858-748-9417 or sent by email to zoe@accord-mgt.com
